RPK Night Announced for 2026

RPK Night will take place on April 23, 2026, a Thursday evening at Hare Field. The specific time is TBD but will be between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.

Youth Night will be the same night. All the youth players in grades 3 through 8 are invited to watch the varsity take on the Forest Grove Vikings. The Vikings have competitively in the last few years and there is a bit of a rivalry blooming between the two teams.

The Youth players will interact with the varsity players. Last year the varsity formed an honor tunnel for the youth pass under on their way to the stands. The Ryan P Kautz Fund participated by providing cash prizes in a drawing and giving out RPK bracelets.

The Fund gave a check to the Glencoe Boys Lacrosse club a check for over $2000 to cover scholarships for low income players and other support initiatives by the club. RPK night is our main fund raiser with our annual pass-the-hat event. We are hoping Coach Emeritus Kyle Tolzman will help with the festivities. Coach Tolzman began the First Stick Program in 2017 and started the first RPK night.

This is our ninth year supporting players who otherwise may not have been able to afford to play lacrosse with scholarships and equipment donations.

We also honor the player chosen by the coaches to wear Ryan’s #8. It is worn by the player who shows enthusiasm, grit and leadership on the varsity team.
